What we receive through Facebook

When a company connects its WhatsApp Business account to BRY3D with the Connect WhatsApp button, Facebook gives us an access token for that WhatsApp Business account, the IDs of the account and phone number, and the Facebook user ID of the person who connected it. We use these only to send and receive that company's WhatsApp messages in BRY3D.

How to delete it

Any of these removes the connection and the data above:

1. In BRY3D, go to Automations → Apps → WhatsApp and disconnect the number.
2. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find BRY3D and click Remove, then choose to request deletion of your data. You will get a confirmation code that you can check on this page.
3. Email admin@bry3d.com from the address on your BRY3D account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days.

Messages and contacts

WhatsApp conversations, contacts and leads in a company's BRY3D workspace belong to that company and are not removed by a Facebook deletion request. The company can delete them in BRY3D, or ask us to delete its account and all its data by emailing admin@bry3d.com.
